Week 43

Launceston, Tasmania: Oct. 31- Nov 6, 2016

Off to Melbourne for Training; transfers and missionaries bound for home...

Oct 31, Monday - Jackie took us to Launceston airport and the Assistants picked us up at Melbourne.  We spent the night with the Wantirna sisters.

Nov 1, Tuesday - MLC was great - learned about the Christmas initiative which would be at Mormon.org starting Nov 25th; also, we were trained about the Book of Mormon musical this January (online videos and interactive places "now you've seen the play, read the book".)  The church found a way to make the musical an opportunity for missionary work.
L-R: Sister Grant, Sister Rhodes, Sister Shaub.
Sister Rhodes is training Sister Grant from New Zealand.  Sister Shaub stayed with Sisters Rhodes and Grant while her companion came with us to the MLC.

           Lunch with these lovely Sisters.

Elder and Sister Linder also joined us today.  They would leave this transfer; Elder and Sister Hyde would take their place.  Sad to see them go.
L-R: Elder Giesbrecht and Elder Jensen.  Elder Jensen would leave this transfer as well.
